Based on the belief that true healing takes place from the inside out, PRYT combines assisted yoga postures with elements of contemporary psychology to focus on your body's inner wisdom. Sometimes life experiences get stuffed inside and can later show up in the body as chronic aches and pains or emotional upset. During the assisted postures you will be guided to explore these areas with breath and sensations in a body-centered dialogue. PRYT allows the client to be the receiver of postures rather than the doer.

These photos illustrate guided postures which are used for a variety of reasons, some of which are: to relieve shoulder and neck tension, to relieve tension in the lower back and to increase blood flow to the head, allowing greater clarity of thought. These are only examples however, and do not show the wide range of postures used for many different purposes.
